Clarity was founded by April Lind, MD. Dr. Lind’s medical training, clinical experience, and advanced education inform the educational content of this platform. Her credentials do not make Clarity a clinical service, and her role is that of an educator, not a treating clinician, for purposes of this platform.
4.2 Cycle Literacy and Body Literacy Educational Content
Clarity provides educational content about the menstrual cycle, hormonal physiology, and body literacy. This content is intended to help users understand general physiological patterns and prepare more informed conversations with their healthcare professional. It does not constitute cycle-specific interpretation, individualized hormonal assessment, or clinical guidance.
4.3 Fertility Awareness Content
Some Clarity content describes fertility awareness practices, including basal body temperature charting, cervical mucus observation, and cycle charting. This content is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended as instruction in the use of fertility awareness methods (FAMs) for contraception or pregnancy achievement. Users who wish to use fertility awareness methods for contraception or to achieve pregnancy are strongly advised to seek formal, individualized instruction from a healthcare professional and/or certified practitioner of their chosen method, as effectiveness depends on proper instruction, consistent practice, and individual biological factors that this platform cannot assess.

Clarity Education does not collect personal information from minors. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to review Cycle Smart materials before sharing them with the minor in their care and to facilitate any clinical concerns through the minor’s qualified healthcare provider.
