MyClarity is physician-authored women’s health education covering the full arc of female physiology — from cycle literacy and ovulation awareness to PMS, PMDD, infertility, perimenopause, and menopause.
It is not a wellness app, a supplement brand, or a medical practice. It is structured, self-paced education designed to help you understand what is happening in your body — before you are told what to do about it.
Most health information available online is either oversimplified or fragmented — optimized for search engines rather than understanding.
MyClarity doesn’t give you another article to read. It teaches you women’s physiology in sequence, helps you understand it in the context of your own body, and gives you tools to bring that understanding into your healthcare.
Written by a physician with over twenty years of women’s health clinical practice. It is designed to build genuine comprehension, not answer isolated questions.
No — and it is not designed to. MyClarity is education, not care.
It does not diagnose, prescribe, interpret labs, or provide individualized medical advice. What it does is help you understand your physiology more fully so you can recognize when something warrants attention, ask better questions, and walk into appointments with more confidence.
Think of it as the conversation your appointments rarely have time for.
Yes. MyClarity is written for women, not clinicians. Every concept is explained from the ground up, with the biology introduced before any application or reflection. No prior knowledge is assumed.
That said, MyClarity resources are also used by clinicians and educators seeking materials that integrate reproductive physiology with the full lived experience of the female patient.
Each Learning Path covers a distinct phase of female physiology and includes all the resources built for that stage:
Cycle Smart — Cycle literacy for young women. Written for teens, not about them. Cycle Smart is offered in two tracks:
Cycle Literacy — The adult cycle literacy path. Covers the full menstrual cycle, ovulation, hormonal rhythms, and what the cycle communicates about overall health — for women who want a complete, clinically grounded understanding of their physiology.
Perimenopause — The hormonal transition leading to menopause, its symptoms, its timeline, and how to navigate it with clarity rather than confusion.
Menopause — The physiology of menopause and the years that follow.
If you are unsure where to begin, review the free overview for your current phase. There is no wrong entry point.
Each learning path includes four components: an eBook for the foundational biology, a self-paced course that goes deeper, a companion workbook to apply alongside the course, and a MyCare Conversation Guide to help you prepare for appointments. Each piece can be used on its own, the eBook alone covers substantial material. The four are designed to build on each other, and you’ll get the most out of them moving through in order: eBook first, then the course, with the workbook alongside it.
A free overview specific to your current phase is available on each learning path’s page, no purchase required, so you can see what’s covered before deciding how much of the bundle you want.
Prices vary by Learning Path and are listed within each path. A path with greater clinical depth — such as perimenopause or menopause — reflects that in its pricing.
As a general benchmark, full access to any path costs less than a single clinical appointment.
A free guide is also available for each life phase with no account required.
You will not find countdown timers or urgency-based messaging here. Take the time you need — the overview page for each path is there to help you decide.
MyClarity was founded by April Lind, MD — a physician with a Master’s in physiology and biophysics from Georgetown University and over twenty years of women’s health clinical practice, spanning internal medicine, pediatrics, Functional Medicine, NaProTechnology, and FEMM.
MyClarity was built from what she witnessed repeatedly in exam rooms: women navigating real physiological changes without the language or framework to make sense of them.
General Policy — All Sales Final
All sales are final. Since MyClarity products are digital goods that are immediately accessible upon purchase, Clarity does not offer refunds as a general matter. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Further details found in Terms of Service.
MyClarity is actively growing. Up next:
- PMS & PMDD — understanding the luteal phase, why symptoms happen, and how to advocate for care that takes them seriously
- Understanding fertility — the physiology of conception, what cycle data reveals, and how to navigate a system that can feel overwhelming
- Postpartum Hormonal Health — the dramatic hormonal shift after birth, what’s normal, what’s not, and what the fourth trimester actually requires
If one of these is why you came here, you don’t have to wait and wonder. [Notify me when it launches]
Most women leave appointments with the same questions they walked in with.
Understanding your body changes the conversation. A clinic appointment is short. Your experience isn’t.
The MyCare Conversation Guide for your phase helps you organize what you have noticed, identify the questions you want answered, and communicate more clearly with your healthcare professional. It’s not a script. It’s a thinking tool that makes the conversation possible.
